In a nutshell

The Herbario Icesi is a scientific herbarium institution based at the Icesi University, Colombia. There is collected and stocked the most important plant specimens and associated Colombian botanic data. As a newly formed initiative, Herbario Icesi partnered up crafting a fitting brand identity and to shape their place on the web. It was a design in a competition which ruled by a logo creation based on either of two plant species. There is the winning idea consisted on an endemic Colombian cactus specie, that is called Opuntia pittieri. At the end, it was a rewarding process that gotten to life a networking logo and concept which both Icesi University and Herbario Icesi are really proud of.
